Bryan leads the Executive Team and ensures the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service. With over 10 years of experience, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the team. His strengths include meticulous project management, a sharp eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of insurance processes - ensuring that clients achieve the best possible outcomes for their claims. Bryan’s approach to customer satisfaction is built on clear communication, empathy, and efficient project resolution. He believes in fostering strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process, and advocating for their best interests. In his free time, Bryan enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and fishing, which help him stay connected to nature.

Jaimie Hullihen - Chief Operations Officer

Jaimie joined the company with a strong sales background and a desire to apply her skills in a dynamic operational environment. She brings a unique blend of strategic client relations, process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability to the team. Her customer-centric approach and data-driven decision-making are key to ensuring Paragon’s continued growth and success. From an operational standpoint, Jaimie emphasizes streamlined processes, rigorous quality control, effective communication, and responsive service to ensure customer satisfaction in the roofing and restoration industry. In her free time, Jaimie enjoys spending time with her family, being out on the water, experimenting with new recipes, and staying active.

Tyler Watson - Chief Sales Officer

As an Owner at Paragon Contracting, Tyler plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s mission to serve the community with integrity and excellence. Tyler founded Paragon Contracting after working with multiple general contractors, feeling compelled to create a business that aligned with his vision for high-quality service and community focus. He brings a diverse skill set to the company, with his primary contribution being his exceptional problem-solving ability. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending quality time with his wife, participating in Magic: The Gathering tournaments, and playing video games.

Claudia Nakama - Chief Financial Officer

Claudia co-founded the company and is an owner of Paragon Contracting. She combines her expertise in finance with a desire to support her family and expand her career. Her journey into the roofing and restoration industry began during COVID, when she transitioned into a new financial role. As she deepened her knowledge, her passion and confidence in the industry grew. Claudia is known for her precision and high attention to detail, which she applies to ensure accuracy in her work. Her academic background in architecture and business further strengthens her contributions to the company. In her free time, Claudia enjoys traveling, camping with her dog, spending quality time with her husband, and reading.

Dillon Bushey - Sales Manager

As an Owner and Sales Manager at Paragon Contracting, Dillon brings a deep commitment to fostering a family-oriented culture and providing solutions that truly benefit clients. Dillon is known for his strong leadership skills, motivation, integrity, and work ethic. Ethan Bradford - Project Manager

Ethan is a Project Manager at Paragon Contracting, where he is driven by a strong desire to help homeowners restore their properties. He began his career in the roofing and restoration industry with Paragon, learning the trade through the guidance of his experienced colleagues. Ethan brings valuable experience in new home construction and a sharp eye for detail to the team. In his free time, Ethan enjoys snowboarding and playing video games.

Kylie Bushey - Senior Graphic Designer

Kylie is a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer who creates the marketing materials and social media content for Paragon Contracting. Currently, she is leveraging her expertise to enhance Paragon’s brand visibility, a company she admires for its commitment to quality and ethics. While new to the roofing industry, Kylie possesses a robust background in graphic design and content creation since earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Grand Canyon University, in Phoenix, Arizona. In her free time, Kylie enjoys true crime podcasts and refining her artistic skills through various projects.
